煮飯嘅小捷徑-保存蔬菜

我係一個唔會日日去買餸嘅人
所以好多時都會放d野喺雪格
菜通常放一兩日就會爛
西蘭花,甘荀呢d蔬菜都可以放耐少少

想保存好D菜唔爛,有兩方法:
1.可以用報紙包住d菜,莖部向下放入雪櫃
2.可以放少少濕紙巾包住菜葉,用膠袋包住放入雪櫃

有時我見西蘭花大減價時,我都會買多d
之後洗乾淨切細佢,待乾水
入落保鮮袋
有時煮面/通心粉,可以攞幾棵仔出嚟拾熟~好方便㗎!
由其是要煮畀兩個女時,份量唔洗多,咁就可以keep到西蘭花新鮮+慳時間

粟米,甘荀等等...都可以用呢個方法保存~

chilli,葱花咁我會用盒仔裝,又係切細待乾放雪格

而蒜蓉都可以用整定
切碎+油入樽放雪櫃

咁煮野~會快少少㗎~

    放入保鮮袋,啲水份都會喺返個袋內,唔會點乾㗎:)
