上星期有個媽咪同我"笙"，話佢小朋友啲衫多
小朋友換衫，一拉一件衫，就成楝衫拉晒出嚟！
（佢啲衫係接完一件件咁疊起）
於是我就同佢分享咗我嘅摺衫方法...
就係捲起佢！
我衣櫃都幾深，我就喺生活提案買咗呢種膠架
長袖短袖上下咁分類
啲衫捲起，一目了然，一睇就會睇到自己想搵嘅衫
而且拉出嚟唔會影響到其他衫，唔會咁易亂！
我仲分埋色咁排，易搵好多！
呢位媽媽係咁多謝我
仲即刻走咗去買呢啲架lol

我去旅行時執行李pack衫時都係咁樣執啲衫，慳位好多㗎！

我地一家五口，小朋友成日行嚟行去周圍玩，個地下成日都好快污糟㗎>.<
呢兩樣野係我秘密武器！
prologic嘅化妝棉地拖
可以掃地同抺地同時做晒！
吸水力強，抺完地下無水漬，仲好快乾！啲頭髮同dust一抺即刻黐晒喺舊棉到
只要沖一沖水啲污糟野就會沖走晒！！！
呢舊棉都可以用到幾耐下，我幾日抺一次地，約半年先要換一次棉
掃咗一埋嘅垃圾用個手提hoover吸一吸就無晒~
用完呢個地拖後唔好完全渣乾晒啲水出嚟，如果唔係舊棉會硬晒（硬都唔緊要，可以浸返淋，不過較煩）
小朋友倒瀉水用佢嚟抺真係一流！
佢地簡直係我至佳拍擋呀！！！

入息,房屋與家用生活費之比例

好多人都對收入分配存在疑惑

啱啱睇到個網講有關入息,房屋同家用生活費嘅比例,可以畀大家參考下

房屋: 租/供樓唔應該多過入息嘅四分一

家用+生活費: 唔應該多過入息嘅三分一

*家用+生活費=食物+按揭+保險+水電煤+電話費等...

咁剩返嘅四成可以係娛樂同儲錢:)

當然呢個只係一個ROUGH GUIDE~參考下好啦~

煮飯嘅小捷徑-保存蔬菜

我係一個唔會日日去買餸嘅人

所以好多時都會放d野喺雪格

菜通常放一兩日就會爛

西蘭花，甘荀呢d蔬菜都可以放耐少少

想保存好D菜唔爛，有兩方法：

1.可以用報紙包住d菜，莖部向下放入雪櫃

2.可以放少少濕紙巾包住菜葉，用膠袋包住放入雪櫃

有時我見西蘭花大減價時，我都會買多d

之後洗乾淨切細佢，待乾水
入落保鮮袋
有時煮面／通心粉，可以攞幾棵仔出嚟拾熟~好方便㗎！
由其是要煮畀兩個女時，份量唔洗多，咁就可以keep到西蘭花新鮮+慳時間

粟米，甘荀等等...都可以用呢個方法保存~

chilli，葱花咁我會用盒仔裝，又係切細待乾放雪格

而蒜蓉都可以用整定

切碎+油入樽放雪櫃

咁煮野~會快少少㗎~

老公同Kerry去咗攞由英國寄嚟接濟Echo嘅救援物資~兩大喼BB衫呀！！！

好野好野~唔洗買衫啦！！！

d衫仲要係超靚嘅~當中唔少仲係影曦同靖翹細個嘅衫~勾起好多回憶呀！

呢埋衫有９成都係名牌嚟㗎
咁嘅二手衫，絕對接收得過!!!

為咗搵位裝Echo嘅衫
我買咗三大個儲物箱
＄４９一個~超抵！

Echo人仔細細...己經有３０對襪仔，１０對tights!
要搵個地方放好佢...
我只係喺屋企搵到個舊鞋盒...
見到個size都ok,不過幾殘下，所以我用花紙包咗包

終於執好埋衫
呢埋只係０﹣３個月嘅衫嚟㗎咋！
其他大d嗰d...而家放咗喺storeroom
真係覺得...ECHO唔會著得晒所有衫囉！

玩具分類

執咗三個鐘，終於執好間玩具房！
無計啦...成日無啦啦又會多咗玩具，每幾個月就要大執位一次！
所有野都分晒類㗎

（窗台嘅紙箱內裝咗小b嘅玩具，無謂拆...所以仍然喺箱到）

大部份都會用透明膠袋入住佢，兩個女玩完要入返好，咁就會無咁亂啦

（d透明膠袋係我儲返嚟㗎，好多時買BB衫時都會有d咁嘅袋裝住。咁分類d玩具，整齊好多㗎！）

puzzles（我又係用d透明膠袋入住晒佢。好多時買砌圖都會有幅完成咗嘅小圖，我入埋落去，塊底板放d箱嘅側邊~我一個箱放咗成差唔多二十副砌圖㗎！咁慳位好多！）

三個膠箱：
BB玩具（畀小b玩）
Thomas火車
Lego

書﹣一個月到就要大執一次
喺兩個女間房都有個書箱，每個月都要交換一次
咁就可以睇多d唔同嘅書
有分中文同英文書；做練習嘅書；同有宗教成份嘅書（好多都係講節日㗎）
咁會易搵d

放咗個箱喺畫架下（我拉咗出嚟所以個箱先咁出）
不過我都覺得個箱大咗d，我要度好d位，遲d去日本城買個有蓋有轆嘅膠箱先

箱到放晒所有drawing同painting嘅野
圍裙，手袖，paint，水筆，蠟筆，木顏色，畫筆，畫碟，繪布色，粉筆，水溶性marker，水杯，毛巾...
以後佢地想畫畫可以自己攪掂~
(oh斃，而家先記得唔記得放埋做手工d野落去添...轉頭又要去執過...唉...)

而家兩個女玩完d咩玩具都會執好先攞第二樣出嚟

咁分類晒會整齊d，佢地執都方便d

容易做到嘅野，佢地會易得到成功感，所以成日都會樂意幫手~

咁我又做少一樣野啦！

晚晚臨瞓前我兩個女都會一次過清晒喺廳嘅玩具入房

廳係一件玩具都無㗎，好正！真正嘅大人area

有計劃地完成屋企所有清潔

對於我呢d幾個星期先大清潔一次廚房同厠所，以下嘅呢個方法幾好...

喺屋企分咗幾個zones

每日做一個zone

寫低每個zone要做咩，例如：掃蜘蛛網，抺窗，換床單，抺skirting board，掃塵同吸塵咁...

定下一個自己每日都可以達到嘅目標，咁就會有成功感~做都做得開心d啦！

我未試過咁做呀

不過我覺得呢個方法幾得

Flylady is really easy to understand if you take away all the odd language they use on there.

Very basic principal of fly lady is to split your house into zones.Then you set up a control journal (A4 folder is best for this).On A4 paper,you write the name of each zone then write what you will do in that zone every day.So for example,spare room might be..de cobweb,clean windows,change the bed,clean skirting board,dust and hoover.You repeat that process for each room.Then you allocate each room a day of the week,so you are giving yourself a target for each day.On top of that,there is the flight plan which basically picks a zone and foucses on doing in effect a "deep clean" of that room (along side your normal routine).So it might be the spare room again,but would be more detailed..with a little bit each day.

On top of that it gives you things to do on a daily basis to get yourself in the right frame of mind.If you take away the americanisms in the language..it basically says get up and get dressed straight away as if you are dressed you will do more than if you stay in your jammies for ages.Make your bed as soon as you get out of it,instead of leaving it,every day shine your sink (got to love this one)Then three times a day you do a 20 mins round the house session (no longer)say looking for things in a room that dont belong there,things that can be thrown away etc.

Fly lady is basically about getting control of your house to start off with (I think I have talked out dejunking etc earlier in this thread..all talked about on Flylady) and then having an effective way of managing your house after that.

I know alot of people dont get on with flylady,but I think if you take the basic principals and adapt it to a way that suits you and your life,it does work well.For me having a daily plan has been a life saver 

Meant to add,the one thing about Flylady that does work,is its about setting yourself realistic targets on what you can achieve.There is alot of talk on there about taking baby steps,which I think they maybe go abit extreme on how they say to do it.But the meaning behind it is right.If you are a total housework-aphobe 

 there is no point in trying to get the whole house gleaming and become a domestic goddess in a week..it wont work and you will more than likely fail and revert back to old habits.However,by setting yourself realistic targets to start off with (ie by saying all I will do this week is sort out one room PROPERLY and clean it from top to bottom) you are more likely to succeed.

我同老公都唔主張用信用咭

因為如果唔記得交，罰息可能仲多過你用信用咭買野嘅優惠！

同埋如果用信用咭，你唔會有意識自己洗咗幾多錢！

到個個月見到張月結單都嚇親自己！

如果你單身嘅話就話有筆咭數無所謂

有咗屋企，有咗小朋友就要事事小心！

要管理好dd錢

以下有幾個方法係我喺嗰個節目學返嚟嘅

1.每星期定咗家用同零用，放晒係個玻璃樽到

要用錢時喺嗰到攞

用剩放返入去

咁你就可以見到每個星期你可以用幾錢，而唔係好似信用咭咁，用咗幾多都唔知！

2.搵d唔洗用錢嘅節目去代替你以前高消費嘅節目

好似可以去下公園行，去下博物館咁

3.記帳，寫低你每日用咗幾多錢

佢分咗好多類嘅（food, entertainment, utility, bills, pets...)

我自己迎合返我嘅需要，簡化咗佢，只係分咗４項...bills, 家用，自己零用同非經常性開支

我之前月月清
而家每個月都儲到好幾千^.^
我一家四口，老公一個搵錢
首先我同老公就定咗每人每個月有幾錢零用
佢每個月都會畀晒d人工我，佢自己就keep起租＋佢自己嘅零用
我就有舊錢
每個月定咗預算﹣bills, 家用，自己零用同非經常性開支

我有本帳簿
我每日都會都會寫低自己用咗幾多錢
水電煤，睇e生等費用入落bills
買餸同家庭用品就入落家用
自己買零食，車費同買野畀兩個女就入落自己零用到
而有時有d突發性／非經常性開支，好似家電爛咗就喺呢個戶口畀

再每個星期，每個月都會總結下用每樣咗野用咗幾多錢
咁就會知道自己邊到大洗咗，下個星期洗少d咁
因為咁，我真係儲到錢㗎^.^
我而家搬屋無耐，所以我都要儲多d錢買傢電~

不來我老公都睇c我儲唔到錢

但呢兩個月我嘅表現真係唔錯！可以儲到錢

佢尋晚仲話，可能佢都要學我咁做，but in a different way喎~

係就好囉！

因為好似今個月咁，未夠半個月，佢己經洗晒佢d零用，要問我攞錢-.-
