焗肉醬意粉

好耐都無講過整野食嘅野...


呢排真係無咩心機寫...


呢個焗肉醬意粉係正,但係個汁其實咪又係買一JAR嗰D(6299鐘意,無計!)


炒咗D免牛同磨菇,加埋個醬,淋上煮熟咗嘅意粉上,鋪上芝士放入焗爐(150度)焗10-15分鐘就得



其實呢個BLOG個重點喺到-點煮意粉唔會黐埋一齊!


先一煲一大煲水(可以嘅話,大過呢個煲呀唔該!)


水滾落意粉-將意粉垂直咁用兩隻手渣住,左手逆時針轉,右手順時針咁轉,然後放手


咁D意粉就會咁散落個煲到.下面嘅一路軟化,D意粉就會咁跌落煲到


(注意,如果你係用明火,突出煲嘅意粉可能會被燒燶㗎!可以嘅話,用D大嘅煲啦!)
