今次整嘅macaroons, 我係跟呢個食譜整㗎

焗爐預熱至160度
先將糖霜同杏仁碎撈埋一齊,過篩
蛋白加少鹽打起,再加埋砂糖同自選嘅味道(我揀咗檸檬同雲尼嗱)

屋企無PIPING BAG嘅,可以好似我咁...
用個三文治咁套入個杯到入個MIXTURE落去:)咁入易好多㗎
(後來發覺個咀太細,吱得唔靚! 要個咀夠大先會吱到個圓出嚟.如果大家唔想專登買IPING BAG同咀,可以好似我咁...用個三文治入MIXTURE落去,再剪隻角就吱到!)

吱完放入焗爐焗15分鐘左右
再加FILLING就係咁㗎啦~
我用咗BUTTER CREAM ICING做FILLING:)
