CRYSTALISED FLOWERS

話說有一次兩個大嘅返咗學,我又推住舒韻...佢瞓著咗喎


我就走咗入書局到睇書


見到一本CUPCAKES整嘅書有提及點整呢種crystalised flowers


我一見到就畀佢個靚靚外表迷住咗~返到屋企就上網搵搵點整


呢D花係食得㗎~用嚟裝飾蛋糕好鬼靚(不過都幾多糖~食唔食就隨便你啦!)


呢朵係我第一次整嘅, 糖太厚唔太靚~不過同D女一齊整嘅係差唔多:)


下次有機會先再整~



材料好簡單~食得嘅花<-有個表可CLICK入去睇


我生日有人送咗D玫瑰過我,唔想浪費所以就用咗嚟整呢種花(咪話我唔環保呀!)


確保要用無農藥嘅花呀! 整前先要洗乾淨再印乾佢


材料只有兩樣-糖(CASTER SUGAR)同蛋白


工具只係一支毛筆仔



先用毛筆替花瓣/花薄薄咁塗上一層蛋白


記住唔好太厚,如困唔係就無咁靚



然後灑糖上面



放埋一邊風乾



由於我想保存花形態,所以我掉地咗D花嚟乾



乾咗(會硬㗎)後可以密封盒內放置十日㗎~我試食過D花瓣,好似普通糖咁無咩特別㗎
