之前唔覺意見到Wilton有一樣產品叫bake even strips,用佢焗出嚟嘅蛋糕,中間唔會突起,而且條邊無咁燶㗎!!!bakers' 恩物!可惜香港無得買...
跟住就無意中搵到...原來bake even strips係可以自製㗎!
今次就同大家講下bake even strips點易整法!

先買條吸水毛巾...我喺日本城買咗呢買
開咗四佢,用針連住兩條
(咁就整到兩條啦)

將呢條毛巾濕水,焗蛋糕前就用佢嚟圍住蛋糕邊,用扣針定位(無扣針,用針線都得㗎)
照平常咁焗...
咁個蛋出嚟就會係平㗎啦~!
