菜飯

自從喺仙跡岩食完佢個菜飯,我就成日煮
煮法有好多種
有d人話洗完米就放菜落去,有d人就話飯好先放菜
我兩樣都試過...都係飯好先放好d,d菜無咁黃
以下呢個方法係我集咗好多媽咪煮法而成嘅。
村料:
麻油
小棠菜
蒜頭(磨咗蓉佢)

煮法係咁
洗米
隔水,加麻油,撈一撈,再加水煮
(而家加少少麻油,等每粒米表面都有少少油,煲出嚟嘅飯無咁黏~)

菜,洗淨切粒
用熱鑊加鹽(可以多d,因為煲飯都幾煲)同蒜蓉炒
飯好後放菜入內撈一撈,再加少少麻油(好香㗎!)
㩒多一次電飯煲個制就得啦

  5. 我自己好鍾意食菜飯,但又唔知點煮,早幾日見到你個食譜,都好想try吓, 噚日同老公想我地今晚食咩好呢,咁我就想起呢個菜飯, 煮完我老公話好好食,佢重同我清咗所有飯嚟呀. thanks for your sharing, i will try 烝水旦 next. :)
