Bangers & mash+onion gravy

Bangers and mash係咩?
Bangers=腸
mash=mash potato薯蓉
係English classic dish!

平時我會加埋蘑菇,不過今日食晒...

做法簡單
整薯蓉cottage pie都有教,唔再講啦
甘荀加少鹽煮淋
腸,就咁煎...呢幅相入面嘅係walls嘅豬肉腸(frozen),平時我都會買百佳嘅新鮮chipolatas sausages.
gravy就係用Bisto開滾水嗰隻(洋葱切粒,炒到啡色,再倒入gravy到) 
攪掂!
