焗爐開至180度預熱
材料:
兩個cooking apple+ brown sugar
topping: 麵粉+brown sugar(白砂糖都後,不過brown會好味d)+牛油
topping既材料份量係不詳-.-因99都話呢d睇經驗既...多少都唔太緊要
大家想要個份量,不妨上網搵搵...
蘋果去芯切一舊舊加兩茶匙水同brown sugar煮成蓉(記住唔好架咁多水呀!!!兩茶匙好啦!)
整咗蘋果蓉後放落ovenproof dish
topping:(ready to get messy!)
牛油放於室溫,切粒,融會合brown sugar同麵粉,用手搓最好!
搓好後就咁放喺蘋果蓉面,放入焗爐約15分鐘,或至面頭呈現金黃色
攪掂!
可以就咁食,或者加custard/ 花奶/ 雪糕都好好味架!

我係後生,又生咗三件...但係我有好多野都未經歷過呢!
