材料：
1 onion
1 pepper
1 pack of chicken（我用無骨雞脾）
1 tomato
tin chopped tomatoes (牌子係waitrose) 
mushrooms
cheese
garlic
1 beef stock cube

煲熟d pasta 先

喺個鑊到炒啡d洋葱
落salt+black pepper+garlic+雞
炒到咁上下
pepper 炒一陣＋tomatoes 炒一陣+mushrooms炒一陣
tintomatoes又炒
+stock cube
+pasta
serve時磨芝士喺面
攪掂
