前兩天造了糖霜曲奇,剩了些royal icing
就做了這蛋糕練習練習~
這是我第三次用royal icing,之前因為不太成功,所以對royal icing有點抗拒
但我還是想克服它!
於是...我又再挑戰它!

用剩餘的royal icing,畫了這些...

蝴蝶在貼上蛋糕時,翅膀會廷起~這通花的翅膀好漂亮喲!

待一切都乾透了,用royal icing 建起亭子來~

初初只想著練習,沒有想過它有什麽用!

但之後我再想想想...

我多造了底下的一層,又焗了個蛋糕~
漂亮嗎?

之前有數次用royal icing都有不太愉快的經驗!現在信心增了~

我都係好抗拒用royal icing, 因為好難搞清D consistency, 一係太硬唔係就太soft, 不過我覺得你呢個好成功
