糖霜 90g
蛋白 1隻
麵粉 200g
牛油發打至奶白,加入糖霜繼續攪拌,加入蛋白再攪,麵粉則續少加入攪拌
把Mixture放入吱管/吱袋吱出不同形狀
放入已預熱150度焗爐焗約十分鐘,或至金黃色即成
