Macy's cake (附製作過程)

好友Macy生日~整個蛋糕賀下佢先




Macy話想要pound cake 焗咗兩個,一個五吋,一個7吋批頂,開中間,加cream

溝好做粉紅色fondant6平鋪面


溝多隻粉紅

切條


加一條條~


整埋個頂嘅~鋪白色fondant 加"絲帶" 黐圓點


再加埋個名~攪掂

  7. 我用棉花糖做了翻糖,加左勁多糖霜先唔痴手..
    做起的蛋糕放室溫好似溶咁.
    係咪要雪架?
    [版主回覆03/23/2012 03:01:31]翻糖造嘅蛋糕唔適宜放雪櫃,因攞出嚟時會有水點凝結喺面,唔好睇之餘仲會令翻糖融㗎
