Cheese muffins

好耐都無寫過整野食嘅BLOG...今日寫下先:)


呢排成日都PICNIC,食嚟食去都係三文治>.<


想試新野,就整呢個cheese muffin啦!


呢個muffin唔甜㗎,都幾重芝士味(睇你用咩芝士.成熟啲嘅會濃味啲)


呢張相用手機影㗎咋,影得唔係咁好:p



材料(可做12個):


麵粉 250g


baking powder 3 1/2 茶匙


鹽 1茶匙


paprika (香料嘅一種,超市有售) 1茶匙


牛油 50g


蛋 一隻


牛奶 250ml


車打芝士(磨碎咗嘅) 120g


提子乾 100g


做法:


焗爐預熱至200度


將麵粉,baking powder,鹽同paprika過篩, 加入牛油.之後加埋其他野就攪攪佢



放入muffin cases後放入焗爐焗25分鐘就攪掂!


超易:)



呢muffin種可以"當飯食", 用嚟送西湯一流! 不過真係要熱食先好味


凍咗嘅話叮返熱佢嚟食都好好味㗎!
